Dj Darwin is about a world of musical creatures which are living in a system of death driven evolution - with a slightly sexist division of Male and Female creatures, respectively functioning with beats and melodies genes.

Through Genetic Algorithm, the creatures reproduce with others of opposite sex children who inherit some musical characteristics from ancestors. The GA becomes interactive as users - 'Dj Darwin' can interrupt the process of evolution at any time and kill or modify the genes of the creatures through individual sequencers.

Exhibited as part of Create 2008 showcase.
